Storage Conditions

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. An ambient temperature below 25°C (77°F) is ideal.

Always close the jar tightly after each use. A cold environment may accelerate crystallization.

Crystallization (granulation) is a natural sign of raw honey.

You can liquefy it by warming the jar in a bain-marie at 35–40°C (95–104°F).
