Delivery Terms


Courier: This is the delivery service we provide with our own vehicles to districts within the Istanbul metropolitan area. Depending on the type of product, delivery can be made on the same day or the next day.


Cargo: Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped within the same day via Yurtiçi Kargo (domestic) except on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be informed by email once your order has been dispatched. To ensure products reach you as fresh as possible, orders that would otherwise be delivered over the weekend are shipped on Monday. The average delivery time nationwide is 1–3 business days.

(Some villages and towns receive deliveries only on certain days of the week.)


International Orders: Shipped via DHL and UPS and handed over to the courier on the day after your order is placed.


Delivery times vary by country, and delays may occur due to customs procedures or force majeure. If there are no customs issues, deliveries are generally made within the following timeframes:

 

  • Europe: Major cities within 1–3 days

  • USA: Major cities within 1–4 days

  • Middle East: Major cities within 1–4 days

  • Far East: Major cities within 1–4 days

 


(Some villages and towns may receive deliveries only on certain days of the week. For international tray orders, products are shipped in boxes due to transport conditions.)

 

 

All products on our website are covered by our company’s guarantee. All prices include VAT. To ensure proper delivery, a complete address and phone number must be provided. Our company cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or pricing mistakes. Payments can be made in TRY or USD. International prices may differ from Turkey’s prices.

When VAT rates or other official fees and taxes change, these changes will be reflected in the prices. For international purchases, taxes and duties imposed by the recipient’s country authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.
