Refund policy

CANCELLATION

Under the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for food products. However, because we value the satisfaction of our customers, we offer refunds or resend orders free of charge if the order has not yet been shipped, if it has been damaged during transportation, or if it has lost its quality. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you need to leave your delivery address while your order is on the way, or if your order fails to arrive in time for your special occasions or event dates.

 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS AND RETURN REQUEST

If you have a complaint regarding the products you have purchased, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the order from the courier, by contacting www.anatolianbee.com, provided that the following conditions are met. In this case, the “Shipping Cost” for returning the product will be covered by you. For international sales, return shipments are not accepted.


The conditions for returns are as follows:

 

  • If the packaging is damaged during shipping, or if the product is so damaged in transit that its quality is compromised, you may request a return.

  • For returned products, you may choose either a refund of the product price or to have the same order resent free of charge.

 

 

 

How to request a product return

Before sending the product back to babazadebaklava.com for a return, please email info@anatolianbee.com with:

 

  • The reason for your return

  • Details of the product you wish to return

  • If the product is damaged or spoiled, include photos of the product

 


If, upon delivery, the product is damaged due to shipping or the outer packaging is compromised, please have the courier prepare an official report so that you can proceed with your return.


Products must be returned in their original box/packaging and with the original invoice.
