Who is Anatolian Bee?

The journey of Anatolian Bee began during my visits to the Yüksekova region, where beekeeping activities caught my attention. Over time, I established direct communication with the beekeepers producing in this geography and realized that the honey obtained from the unique flora of those mountains was often used for other purposes in the market, preventing people from accessing it.


At that very point, the desire arose to deliver this extraordinarily high-quality honey to people in its purest, most natural, and most trustworthy form. When we first introduced honey products under our main brand, Babazade Baklava, the strong and heartfelt feedback we received inspired us to create the Anatolian Bee brand.


With our many years of experience in the food industry, we meticulously analyzed every stage of the process—from production to harvest and packaging. This was not an easy journey; it required making improvements to traditional methods by working closely with beekeepers. We shared the knowledge we gained with them, and together we grew.


Today, as Anatolian Bee, we only bring you honey from trusted, high-altitude producers, whose products have undergone thorough analysis and have documented quality values at every stage. All our honeys are evaluated based on scientific criteria such as Proline content, HMF levels, and enzyme activity. We publish the analysis results of each production batch transparently, and when a new batch is released, we update these results as well.


Because for us, honey is not just a taste—it is a reflection of our respect for nature, hard work, and health.
